da betsson: It’s been an up and down season for Everton, but fans definitely think there’s been more downs than ups, and they aren’t happy with Duncan Ferguson’s latest comments.
da 888casino: You’d be hard pushed to find a Premier League fan base more disillusioned with their management than Everton.
Despite Sam Allardyce’s best efforts, supporters just can’t connect with the ex-England manager, and were calling for his head not long after he arrived.
Allardyce has done an excellent job stabilising the side in mid-table, but fans want more from their club, and are expecting the boss to leave this summer if not even sooner.
First team coach Duncan Ferguson is a fan favourite around Goodison, but his comments have drawn plenty of criticism this morning.
“We want to make a big statement, we want to kick on,” Ferguson told evertontv. “We need to be competitive and show we are at it and motivated to win those games.

“At one point this season we were in the bottom three – in fact, we were only two points above the relegation zone when the manager walked in the door – so we were worried about relegation.
“But since the manager has come in he has managed to turn that around. The players have taken his message on board and managed to climb the table. That is incredibly positive for the Club and for the team. We are looking to finish the season strongly and push for Europe.”
There’s only one “statement” fans want to hear though, and that’s the one announcing the departure of Sam Allardyce.
